The purpose of the letter
The letter is designed to promote good practice to reduce over-vaccination and the acceptance/promotion of informed choice. We wish to work with vets to help further these aims.
Alongside the promotion of in-house titer testing to replace the need for over-vaccination we have included several references that provides substantial scientific research on adverse reactions plus the WSAVA vaccine guidelines. These are provided on this site (click here).
The letter also includes details of how vets can add their name to our recommended vet list, as this intitiative should be inclusive, and pro-active in promoting those veterinary practices who are actively reducing over-vaccination and accepting/promoting other healthcare choices.
