“I was shocked at the lack of information being given out by Trading Standards, Consumer Direct and the Kennel Club to people who bought poorly puppies,” says Annie.  “I was looking for a way to help the fight against bad breeders and decided that if I could help puppy purchasers take these breeders to court or, indeed, make it less profitable for them, then this would go a long way to ridding us all of the scourge of bad breeding.”
