Ellensburg Holistic Animal Wellness fills a unique niche in veterinary services in Kittitas County.  Our service area includes the towns of Ellensburg and Yakima along with the greater Kittitas County area.

Performance Equine Dentistry has been Dr. Zamzow’s specialty for 15 years, and more recently, the expanded practice of holistic approach to wellness and acupuncture for dogs, cats, and horses.  We look forward to helping you find the perfect fit in veterinary care for your animal friends.

Dr. Erin returned to the Kittitas Valley after several years away living in King County. She enjoys life in the Ellensburg area with her husband Jeff and sons Ryan and Dylan.

Dr. Zamzow has always had an interest in holistic veterinary medicine.  While she agrees there is a place for drugs and Western Medicine, her passion is addressing the root causes of disease and imbalance in the body.  While at WSU school of Veterinary Medicine, she questioned the frequent use of vaccines and drugs that suppress the immune system rather than balancing and strengthening it.

In 1996 after practicing mostly small animal and some equine medicine, Dr. Erin discovered the very under practiced field of equine dentistry and made this a primary focus of her practice for many years. Check back soon for more information on this essential equine wellness component.
