To add a vet to the recommended vet list please read the following and then complete the short form and press submit.

By sending this form you/they are stating truthfully that (for the vet whose details you are submitting) you/they:

1) Vaccinate no more frequently than three-yearly against the core diseases (or the minimum by law in the case of the Rabies vaccine).

2) Vaccinate against leptospirosis only if there is a serious disease threat in the area.

3) Titer test in place of automatic boosters.

4) Inform clients of potential vaccine adverse effects.

5) Have an open mind or support clients who educate themselves with regard to vaccination and other healthcare choices.
