Sending a letter to your dog club
Please complete the form below so that we have details of which dog clubs have been sent letters. A list of those already sent can be found on this link. On completion of the form below you will be forwarded to a page that contains the letter for you to print off (if you have ticked the box for the PWA to send the letter then this is for your information only).
IMPORTANT: If you wish to send the letter to more than one dog club, please tell us (either by email or by completing this form separately for each one). Do not forward the letter for others to use - we need to know who has received this letter so that we do not duplicate effort and expense. Please direct others to this page so that we can add details to our list and for any future follow up that may be part of this campaign.
If you wish us to send the letter for you we are asking that a donation is made to help us with funding - this is not a condition, but we can only send letters when funds allow. Donations are crucial to make this work possible. If you are able to make larger donations, you will help fund even more work to make our pet's lives safer and healthier. If you are sending the letter yourself you do not have to make a donation, although we would be grateful for any help and support if you are in a position to do so. Your donations will make it possible for us to reach more people, and stop over-vaccination that more quickly.
